Digital License Agreement

This Digital License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee") and DeoriaShop ("Licensor") regarding the digital products, e-books, guides, workbooks, software templates, graphics, and code purchased through deoriashop.com.

Quick Summary: You receive an instant, perpetual personal/commercial license to use our digital assets. You can print our e-books/workbooks as much as you like for your family or classroom, and use templates to build your websites. However, you cannot re-sell, redistribute, or share the raw source files publicly.

1. Grant of License

Upon successful payment confirmation through our authorized payment partner (Razorpay), DeoriaShop grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, worldwide, perpetual license to download and utilize the acquired digital asset according to the tier below.

2. Permitted Uses by Product Type

A. E-Books & Educational Guides (e.g. Navratri 2026 Guide)

You may store and read the digital file across your personal devices (smartphones, tablets, e-readers, computers).
You may print physical copies for personal reading, family spiritual practice, or devotional use.

B. Printable Workbooks & Activity Books (e.g. Kids Magic Practice Workbook)

You have an unlimited print-at-home license for personal household, homeschool, or single-classroom teaching purposes.
You may reprint the workbook worksheets as often as needed for your children or students.

C. Website Templates, Software & Code Starters

You may customize and use the code to launch end-products for yourself or a single commercial client.
You may modify the source code to suit your project requirements.

3. Strict Prohibitions & Restrictions

Under no circumstances are you permitted to:

Re-sell, redistribute, sub-license, rent, or lease the digital files in their original or modified form.
Upload files to public websites, cloud storage links, Telegram channels, torrent trackers, or shared drives.
Claim authorship or original copyright of the digital illustrations, texts, or code frameworks.
Package the assets into a competing digital product or resale bundle.

4. Intellectual Property & Copyright

All copyrights, trademarks, and design rights remain the exclusive property of DeoriaShop and its creative contributors. This Agreement grants you a license to use, not ownership of the underlying assets.

5. License Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Your rights under this license will terminate automatically without notice if you fail to comply with any of its terms. Upon termination, you must delete and destroy all digital copies in your possession.
